You see, we have agreements with credit unions across the Inland Northwest (and others around the country and world, too) so you can use their lobby locations to do almost any transaction you need all at no extra cost to you.
With your credit union name, member number and a government-issued picture ID (like a driver's license or passport), you can go to any participating credit union and do the following:
Can't get out of the house? Call the Shared Branching Call Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 866.692.8669 or text a street address or zip code or "City State" to 91989 (my coop) to find the closest CO-OP ATM locations.

If you live in an area that doesn’t have internet access, you can use our phone banking service EDNA, who isn’t your neighbor down the street but stands for Everything Done Now Automatically to check your balances, make loan payments, and transfer funds between your accounts. Simply give EDNA a call at 509.328.8887 to get started. Make sure to have your member number, access code and services codes list handy). She’s available 24/7 to help you access your money.
