With our mobile app you can:

Visit the SPRIG by CO-OP website or download the app to view your account balances, transfer money, and make mobile deposits at any participating credit union.

How to enroll:

  • Enroll with SPRIG by going to and clicking on “enroll” OR by downloading the mobile app from the app store or Google Play store.
  • Click on the "enroll" button and then click “start enrollment”
  • Accept the terms and conditions
  • Search for “Canopy” (we show up as Canopy FCU)
  • Enter in your full account number and your name as it appears on your accounts then click "Continue"
  • Complete the registration process and this will initiate a micro deposit process. SPRIG will make two small deposits into the account you entered, which you will then verify and do the same for accounts that you would like to move money between. They explain their process on their website at
  • After you've completed the set-up process, you're ready to start moving your money even easier!

Fraud text alerts

As part of our commitment to your security, we’ve implemented a NEW fraud prevention service available to ALL members. And the best part? You don’t have to do anything to redeem it! Starting today, you’ll receive text messages whenever there is a flagged transaction on your Canopy Visa Debit and/or Credit Card. You’ll have the option to reply YES if the purchase is valid or NO to void the transaction. Make sure to save the number 37268 in your phone so you recognize when you receive these important notices. Learn more

These texts will be sent to your primary phone number on your account. Not sure what number you have listed? Give us a call at 509.328.2900 or log in to online banking and chat with us via secure chat!

If you don’t have texting capabilities, you’ll continue receiving any suspicious activity alerts via phone call from our Canopy Fraud Services phone number 877.253.8964.

If you live in an area that doesn’t have internet access, you can use our phone banking service, EDNA (Everything Done Now Automatically), to check your balances, make loan payments, and transfer funds between your accounts. Simply give EDNA a call at 509.328.8887 to get started. Make sure to have your member number, access code and services codes list handy). EDNA is available 24/7 to help you access your money.
