Member-to-Member Transfers

Transferring money to other member accounts made easy.

Member-to-Member Transfers allow you to move money to any other Canopy Credit union member’s account. All you need is the name, member number and account number of the person you’d like to send money to and you’re ready to make the transfer through our online banking platform and mobile app.

How to add a member for a Member-to-Member Transfer:

Login to online banking on your computer
Click on the "move money" button
Choose which account you'd like to move money from.
Choose +add recipient to add another member as an option to transfer money to.
Enter desired member’s name, member number and their account number to transfer money to (i.e. 1, 2, 22 etc.)
Click “Next”
Confirm that the information is correct
Click the "Confirm" button

How to make a transfer to a member already added to your account:

Hover over the "Move Money" button then select the “Make a Transfer” option
Choose which account you'd like to transfer funds from
Select the member recipient you'd like to transfer money to
Enter the desired amount
Select when you’d like to make the transfer
A memo field is optional to provide a transfer description
Click “Next” and confirm information is correct
Click “Submit Transfer”
