Financial hardship is one thing your family shouldn't have to worry about. If you are a member 18 years or older, you are eligible for accidental death and dismemberment insurance coverage. Should an accidental death or loss of a limb occur, we are here for you.
Once a year, a letter from our President, Susan Blain, will be mailed to you. You'll have the option of choosing insurance coverage up to $300,000. The letter will have all of the necessary info you'll need to make a decision that fits within your life and budget. All you have to do is fill out the enrollment form and submit it to receive the coverage.
