Alan B. is proud to be a part of Canopy Credit Union even though he is not currently located in the Inland Northwest. As a pilot, he has moved to many places across the country and currently resides in Pennsylvania.
He spent time in Spokane during the two times he was stationed at Fairchild Air Force Base, before retiring from the U.S. Air Force. While in Spokane, he came to love the area.
“We are big Gonzaga fans. We love dressing up for the games even though we are cheering them on in Pennsylvania!”
When he was in Spokane, Alan became a member of Canopy and has had multiple auto loans over the years. Recently, he decided it was time to trade in his vehicle for a new one.
Even though Alan and his wife no longer live in Spokane, Canopy is the place they turned to when they wanted a new ride.
“[Canopy was] great to work with and the whole process went smoothly,” he said.
Alan says that all of his vehicles have names that match their personality. He and his wife have named their new rig “Spencer”, which is the new star of the show.
Alan’s desire to continue to use Canopy for his loan needs ties back to his heart for the Spokane area.
“It is just such a good feeling knowing we are giving back to the community,” he said.
